Come Party with us! Bear Haven Boutique strives to create memorable parties for you and your guests. We specialize in children's party planning with our stuff a plush kits as well as other unique party ideas! Ask for an appointment, and we will help you plan your next event. We provide entertainment, favors, and lots of fun for your little ones! 

Our policies: 

We ask for at least three week's notice and a 50% deposit for parties in-store and that we plan.  The reason why is to make sure you get the date you want. We sometimes get requests for several months in advance. When planning a party to go, we also like to have a little notice in the event we need to order something for your special day.

We have a facility to use in Schuylkill Haven. However, we will come to you, and our hostess fee for traveling is as follows:

For parties within 25 miles of Schuylkill Haven PA, it is $30. For parties within 26-40 miles, it is $45. For parties 41-60 miles, it is $60. For parties over 60 miles to 100 miles, it is $80. 

Prices 

For parties under 8 guests, we charge regular product prices. The following discounted rates apply for parties of 8 or more:

Stuff a Plush Parties

Large Stuff a Plush w/Outfit: $20 per child            Large Stuff a Plush Only: $12.50 per child

Small Stuff a Plush w/Outfit: $16 per child            Small Stuff a Plush Only: $10.00 per child

Super Hero Parties

Your choice of either Superhero cape and mask or small stuff a plush w/superhero costume: $16.00 per child

Princess Parties

(Basic) Your choice of tutu, crown, and wand or small unicorn stuff a plush w/princess costume:

$16.00 per child

(Deluxe) Your choice of a tutu, crown, wings, and a wand to decorate or large unicorn w/ princess costume:

$25.00 per child

Pirate Parties

Your choice of piratewear and treasure chest craft kit or large stuff a plush w/pirate costume: $20.00 per child

Ultimate American Girl Party

This party is based on 12 guests and includes playing American Girl themed games, participating in a doll fashion show, creating hair accessories and other fun accessories for the American girl dolls, nail art for the girls, and an American Girl Spa set for each guest to take home. Also included are cupcakes, tableware,  and a Candy Buffet!  This party is a great option for any parent who wants to relax and enjoy the party too! The price for the entire party: $420

American Girl Doll Party

Includes American Girl Doll themed games, activities, and American Girl doll outfit for party favor: prices vary. Call for details. We have several available options to fit your budget

Arts and Crafts Party or Craft Add-Ons

Choose from various different themes for crafts and games or add a craft kit to an existing party. Ask us for details!

Custom Party Planning
